At nahm restaurant, Thai cuisine is showcased by using some of the best market-fresh produce in the world, all carefully put together by Executive Chef David Thompson and his experienced team. Standout dishes feature rare ingredients from all regions of Thailand, including a jungle curry with ‘pla chorn’ (a Thai freshwater fish). David also creates a colourful array of salty and sweet Thai desserts.
