Kelly Brooks, Yoga Instructor

Kelly Brooks is a multi-style teacher who draws on elements of hatha, vinyasa flow, restorative, yin and yoga nidra.

Inspired by the BKS Iyengar method, Kelly aims to build strong foundations on a personal level with her clients, teaching how yoga can be used to maximise health. Through her studies in India at an advanced level, Kelly sees yoga as a lifelong journey of exploration, knowledge and practice, whose wealth of expertise of this ancient art inspires students in a passionate, accessible way.
