Lotus has an easy-going style that belies the sophistication of its cuisine, securing its reputation one of the top restaurants in the Turks and Caicos. At this al fresco poolside spot, guests come and go in beach gear, stopping in for light Caribbean-inflected lunchtime fare during the day and contemporary Thai- and Japanese-inspired Asian dishes at night.
Note: During the summer season, we alternate between Terrace and Lotus for dinner service.
At Lotus—which aspires to be the best restaurant in the Turks and Caicos—the food is always innovative. During lunch, seafood dishes strike a local note alongside such easy favourites as burgers, salads and pastas. At dinner, the Asian influence is more pronounced.
