Assisted Stretch

What better way to end your run or gym workout then with a private Assisted Stretching session. This one-on-one stretch session targets areas of your body needing attention by helping to overcome general muscle tightness and increasing flexibility. A stretch session is best received after a work out or when muscles are warmed up.
