Castelli Wine Dinner with Mike Garland
Wednesday, June 14th, 7.00pm
Join us for an evening of fine wine at Post with Mike Garland, chief winemaker at the award-winning Castelli Estate winery. The selection of six wines will be paired with a three-course meal designed by Post’s Head Chef Kim Brennan.
Castelli Estate is known for its quality wines, having won ‘5 Star Winery’ and ‘Best by Region’, by renowned wine critic James Halliday. The cooler climate on the south coast of Western Australia, where Castelli Estate grows their grapes, makes for crisp, precise flavours. You will be able to sample their finest selection, guided by Mike Garland as he talks about the history of the vineyard and how it grew into a thriving 120-acre winery.
The dinner is priced at AUD 95 per person.
An Evening of Pork and Chestnuts
Tuesday, June 20th, 7.00pm
Celebrate the wintery weather this June with a three-course dinner at Post, highlighting the best of the season’s ingredients. Head Chef Kim Brennan has put together a menu centred on pork and chestnuts, done a number of inventive ways. Start with smoked paprika pork scratchings and black pudding with quail's eggs, then enjoy pork from Chestnut Brae farm, famed for its chestnut-fed pigs and 70-acre chestnut orchard. This will be paired with fine wines from Head Sommelier Emma Farrelly.
The dinner is priced at AUD 115 per person.

Yalumba Wine Dinner with Jane Ferrari 
Monday, July 3rd, from 7.00pm

Yalumba is Australia's oldest family-owned winery, having been handed down through five generations of family vignerons. In this time Barossa Valley-based Yalumba has become a truly classic Australian winery. Their resident wine ambassador, Jane Ferrari, will take you through a selection of their wines, matched with a three-course dinner from Head Chef Kim Brennan.

Frasher Gallop Wine Dinner with Paul McArdle
Wednesday, July 19th, 7.00pm

Fraser Gallop is widely recognised as one of Margaret River's top wine producers, and their vintages are truly expressive of the terroir of the Wilyabrup sub-region. The winery's CEO, Paul McArdle, will talk you through a selection of Fraser Gallop's most coveted wines as you enjoy a three-course meal designed by Post Head Chef, Kim Brennan.
