Chef Profile

Australian chef Daniel Moran has been part of COMO Hotels and Resorts since 2000. Before joining, he honed his skills working alongside celebrated chef Neil Perry, working his way up through the Rockpool group of restaurants in Sydney before coming to London. With COMO, Moran has been Head Chef at Parrot Cay by COMO in the Turks and Caicos Islands and Metropolitan by COMO, Bangkok. Now Executive Chef at Point Yamu, he brings a mix of Asian and European creativity to the kitchen.
