From the Wine Merchant to Wildflower, Long Chim to Postal Hall, the entirety of COMO The Treasury and State Building comes together for a month-long celebration of Pinot-led experiences, culminating in the third annual International Pinot Noir Tasting on Saturday August 29th 2026.
For the month of August, the Wine Merchant glass list goes all-in on Pinot Noir, Gris, Blanc, Auxerrois and Meunier: expressions from across the globe, united by one extraordinary family of grapes.
Raid the Cellar at Wildflower
Wildflower opens its cellar doors to a curated selection of red Burgundy. Some poured by the bottle, others available by the glass via Coravin, this world-class Pinot Noir is ready to be discovered this August.
Join us for a three-course lunch celebrating one of the world's great food and wine partnerships, with a selection of Pinot Noir from across Australia.
Now in its third year, this is the pinnacle of Perth's Pinot calendar. Eighteen wines, five countries, one extraordinary blind tasting led by a panel of Pinot Noir experts. Following the tasting, guests move through to POST Osteria for a leisurely lunch celebrating everything that makes Pinot Noir the world's most beguiling grape.
