COMO Culinary Odyssey is a year-long journey celebrating the rich cuisine and culinary traditions of Bali. This series of events showcases signature dishes from six distinct regions – Bangli, Buleleng, Karangasem, Jembrana, Gianyar, and Klungkung.
April 4th to May 31st – Experience the bold flavours of Gianyar at COMO Beach Club with a curated set menu, crafted by Chef Kadek Sugiantara to celebrate Bali’s rich culinary heritage in this second edition of COMO Culinary Odyssey.
February 7th to March 31st – Bangli’s authentic culinary delights were on display, from Loloh Cemcem to Mujair Nyat Nyat. Curated by Chef Kadek Sugiantara to recall the region's lush volcanic landscapes and flavours.

Chef Kadek Sugiantara, the Executive Chef of COMO Uma Canggu, proudly brings the flavours of his hometown, Bangli, to life. Drawing inspiration from the region’s culinary heritage, he showcases dishes like Loloh Cemcem and Betutu Keren Bangli with fresh, local ingredients and traditional techniques. With a deep passion for preserving Bangli’s cultural essence, Chef Kadek ensures every dish tells a meaningful story and creates an unforgettable dining experience.
