Join us on May 30th from 6.00pm to 11.00pm to savour a four-course menu of handmade pasta, vibrant seafood and expertly paired wines — a night of flavour, connection and stories told through food.

Born in Sicily and shaped by a career in some of the world’s most dynamic kitchens, Chef Alessandro D’Amico brings an inventive spirit to his Italian cuisine. His culinary style is rooted in tradition but refined through experience, blending Sicilian soul with contemporary flair.

Trained under celebrated chefs like Francesco Guarracino, Gennaro Esposito and Moreno Cedroni,  D’Amico’s career spans Dubai, Taiwan and the Maldives, each destination adding nuance and boldness to his plates. Now leading the kitchen at Amici Bali, he transforms local ingredients into expressive, flavour-driven dishes that honour both place and palate.

Known for his hands-on leadership and dynamic spirit,  D’Amico inspires his team to push boundaries while staying grounded in authenticity. His cooking tells a story – of heritage, curiosity, and a lifelong passion for bringing people together around the table.
