Learn how to prepare a traditional Burgundian feast, from amuse-bouche to dessert. With expert guidance from your local chef, you will learn how to source and prepare the finest and freshest local ingredients, discovering the intricacies of traditional Côte de Beaune dishes and which wines to serve alongside them.
Your private chauffeur will meet you at COMO Le Montrachet at 9.30am and take you to the home of your chef, where you will experience a true hands-on cooking class. Guided by your chef, you will create a four-course meal from scratch, learning how to choose and prepare ingredients, and the history behind the dishes you are making.
Following the class, you will enjoy the fruits of your labour as lunch alongside pairings of seven to eight different local wines. Our chef will join you for your meal, and will share more about the culinary and winemaking traditions of the region. Upon departure, you will receive a bespoke apron as a souvenir of your experience.
