On Thursday 28th May 2026, COMO Le Montrachet welcomes Michelin-starred Chef Pim Techamuanvivit for an exclusive dining experience celebrating the depth, elegance and complexity of contemporary Thai cuisine.
For one evening only, Chef Pim will present a specially curated menu at Le Montrachet restaurant, bringing her signature approach to modern Thai fine dining to the heart of Burgundy.
Chef Pim has led the Michelin-starred nahm at COMO Metropolitan Bangkok since 2019. Born and raised in Bangkok, her culinary journey has earned international acclaim, beginning with Kin Khao in San Francisco, which received a Michelin star just one year after opening in 2015. Her second restaurant, Nari, was also awarded a Michelin star in 2024.
Despite her global success, Chef Pim’s cuisine remains deeply rooted in Thai culinary traditions — inspired by generations of women passing down recipes, techniques and stories through food. This special dinner offers a rare opportunity to experience her refined and expressive interpretation of Thai flavours in an intimate setting at COMO Le Montrachet.
The menu will showcase refined interpretations of Thai flavours and techniques through seasonal ingredients and expressive storytelling — from crab with citron and peanuts on delicate rice crackers, to Brittany langoustine with lemongrass, tamarind and peppers, alongside crispy spring vegetable pancakes inspired by traditional Thai street food.
