From May 22nd to 23rd, Nahmyaa’s Chef Busaba Wongphothisarn (TK) is joined by Chef Phanuphol “Black” Bulsuwan of Blackitch Artisan Kitchen for a thoughtful exploration of regional identity through flavour, craft and culinary tradition.
Featuring a collaborative six-course tasting dinner, COMO Conversation and week-long guest menu at La Sirena crafted by Chef Black, this programme offers unique insight into how geography, culture and seasonality shape Thai cuisine.
Chef TK brings international experience from across Bangkok, Bhutan and Singapore to her role at Nahmyaa at COMO Point Yamu. Her cooking reflects a considered balance of authenticity and refinement, guided by quality ingredients and a deep respect for Thai culinary heritage.
Chef Black is the founder of Blackitch Artisan Kitchen in Chiang Mai, where he reinterprets Northern Thai cuisine through a modern lens. His work centres on sustainability, working closely with local farmers and foragers to showcase indigenous ingredients while preserving the integrity of regional traditions.
