From May 22nd to 23rd, Nahmyaa’s Chef Busaba Wongphothisarn (TK) is joined by Chef Phanuphol “Black” Bulsuwan of Blackitch Artisan Kitchen for a thoughtful exploration of regional identity through flavour, craft and culinary tradition.
Featuring a collaborative six-course tasting dinner, COMO Conversation and week-long guest menu at La Sirena crafted by Chef Black, this programme offers unique insight into how geography, culture and seasonality shape Thai cuisine.
Experience a collaborative tasting menu shaped by the distinct perspectives of Northern and Southern Thailand. Each course reflects a shared commitment to provenance, balance and technique, presenting a refined interpretation of Thai cuisine through six to eight courses.
On May 23rd, join an intimate COMO Conversation with Chef TK and Chef Black. In this 45-minute session, the chefs will share insights into their culinary journeys, exploring how geography, culture and seasonality influence their approach. Guests are invited to engage directly, gaining a deeper understanding of Thailand’s regional food traditions.
From May 22nd to May 28th, Chef Black presents a curated selection of signature dishes at La Sirena and poolside. Rooted in Northern Thai heritage, each dish highlights indigenous ingredients, seasonal produce and a sustainable approach to cooking.
Chef TK brings international experience from across Bangkok, Bhutan and Singapore to her role at Nahmyaa at COMO Point Yamu. Her cooking reflects a considered balance of authenticity and refinement, guided by quality ingredients and a deep respect for Thai culinary heritage.
Chef Black is the founder of Blackitch Artisan Kitchen in Chiang Mai, where he reinterprets Northern Thai cuisine through a modern lens. His work centres on sustainability, working closely with local farmers and foragers to showcase indigenous ingredients while preserving the integrity of regional traditions.
