Gibbon Rehabilitation Project

Observe the gibbons as they eat, play and interact, and learn from experts on how these fascinating primates are cared for and prepared for their return to the wild.
Located on the edge of Khao Pra Taew National Park, Phuket's last tropical rainforest, the Gibbon Rehabilitation Project provides eco-conscious travellers with the rare opportunity to experience one of Phuket’s leading wildlife conservation initiatives.
Guests are required to book directly with the Gibbon Rehabilitation Project. Our Concierge can assist with arranging transportation. Please note that the project operates on a donation-based model, and the National Park entrance fee is payable separately in cash.
