In this interactive mixology class, our mixologists will guide you through how to create some of COMO Uma Canggu’s signature cocktails. Using unique infused arak that we craft entirely in-house, you’ll craft and savour exclusive concoctions that cannot be found anywhere else on the island.
At COMO Uma Canggu, we craft our own exclusive Arak infusions using Balinese fruits, florals and herbs, allowing each composition to mature gently in traditional clay pots for 14 to 30 days. Our infusions are used to mix refreshing cocktails completely unique to us, revealing nuanced layers of flavour that reflect the island’s natural abundance.
