From May 29th to 31st 2026, COMO Le Montrachet presents an exclusive package combining a luxurious two-night stay with VIP access to the Montrachet Jazz Festival.

In addition, guests can experience a Paulée-style dinner prepared by two acclaimed chefs, accompanied by a wine tasting featuring some of Burgundy’s most acclaimed labels.

Chef Pim Techmuanvivit

About the chef

Chef Pim Techmuanvivit has helmed Michelin-starred nahm at COMO Metropolitan Bangkok since 2019. A Bangkok native with a global culinary career, she opened her first restaurant, Kin Khao, in San Francisco in 2014, which won international acclaim and its first Michelin star in 2015, only one year after its opening. Her second restaurant, Nari, earned its own Michelin star in 2024. Despite her international experience and acclaim, Chef Pim’s food remains strongly connected to her roots – she attributes her culinary gifts to the culture of Thai women passing on skills and recipes to each generation.

Chef Romain Versino

About the chef

Romain Versino has been Le Montrachet's Head Chef since 2018, specialising in classic French cuisine with modern touches. He was born in Annonay, Ardèche, where he developed as an apprentice before moving to Antibes to deepen his experience. Chef Versino has cooked at several well-known luxury hotels in his career.
