Join us for an intimate wine-pairing dinner and conversation with Jean-Michel Chartron of Domaine Jean Chartron, one of Puligny-Montrachet's most storied estates, with roots dating back to 1859.
The evening unfolds around a single communal table, where a five-course menu by Chef Romain Versino is paired entirely with wines from the Domaine, chosen to complement flavour and texture.
More than a dinner, this is an open exchange: between guests, between wine and food, and between tradition and discovery.
Sit down with Jean-Michel Chartron, domaine owner and winemaker at one of Puligny-Montrachet's most storied estates, to explore the story, craft and terroir behind each glass.

Domaine Jean-Chartron has been producing world-renowned wines in Puligny-Montrachet since 1859. Today, Jean-Michel Chartron and his sister Anne-Laure Chartron represent the fifth generation to steward this historic estate. Jean-Michel joined the family domaine in 1994 after an early career in management consulting in Paris, and now leads the estate with a focus on precision winemaking and sustainable viticulture.
Together, they oversee parcels spanning village appellations, premiers crus and grands crus across the Côte de Beaune and the Côte Chalonnaise. Guided by a commitment to expressing the character of each terroir, Domaine Jean-Chartron continues to refine its craft while expanding its vineyard holdings, maintaining the standards that have defined the estate for more than 160 years.
