Olympic Gold Medallist

Julia Mancuso is an Olympic gold medallist and one of the most successful female alpine ski racers in U.S. history, renowned for her fearless spirit and versatility on the slopes. Born in Reno, Nevada, she earned four Olympic medals and five World Championship medals throughout her remarkable career. Beyond her achievements in skiing, Julia is passionate about wellness, adventure, and empowering women to live with balance and confidence. Since retiring from competition, she has channelled her energy into inspiring others through mindful living, fitness and outdoor exploration, creating experiences that encourage women to embrace their strength, resilience, and individuality.

Retired alpine ski racer

Denise Karbon is a former Italian alpine ski racer specialising in giant slalom and slalom. Following her debut in 1998, she earned 16 World Cup podium spots throughout her career, claiming six victories and competed at four Winter Olympic Games. She won World Championship medals and the Giant Slalom World Cup title in the 2007-8 season. Since retiring from competition in 2014, Karbon has worked as an instructor and coach, sharing her expertise with young athletes who dream of turning their passion for skiing into a profession. 

Visiting Osteopath

Martina Wegscheider is an experienced physiotherapist and osteopath with a rich background in elite sports, holistic bodywork and healing practices. She blends evidence-based physiotherapy and osteopathy with movement, yoga, craniosacral therapy, visceral work and energy-based modalities to support athletes and clients in recovery, resilience and performance. Wegscheider's approach is grounded in functional anatomy, intuitive diagnostics, and the belief that sustainable healing comes from treating the body as an interconnected system.
