About

Our history

nahm is known for using robustly flavoured ingredients — garlic, shrimp paste, chillies, lemongrass — melded together to create a sophisticated, balanced elegance in every dish. The menu includes curries, salads, relishes, soups and stir-fries, often featuring traditional ingredients less seen in modern Thai restaurants. Chef Pim upholds this tradition while delivering surprising tastes and textures, expressing her personal style with exceptional ingredients acquired through fostering close relationships with food producers across Thailand.

nahm is consistently ranked among the best restaurants in Asia since its opening in 2010 and recently featured in 'Condé Nast: The 2021 Gold List' for The Best Bars and Restaurants in the World. The restaurant occupies the ground floor of the hotel, overlooking the outdoor pool. Guests may dine within its cool interiors, out on the terrace, or in our private dining room.

About the Chef

nahm is helmed by Chef Pim Techmuanvivit, a Bangkok native with a track record of excellence. Her blog ‘Chez Pim’ was voted one of the most influential food blogs in the world by 'The Guardian'. Her first restaurant, ‘Kin Khao’ in San Francisco, won international acclaim and its first Michelin star in 2015, only one year after its opening.

Despite her international experience, Chef Techamuanvivit is strongly connected to her Thai roots. She attributes her culinary skill to the culture of Thai women passing on their skills and recipes to each generation.

I want diners to feel as though they’ve been invited to the home of their Thai friends, to experience authentic cuisine that’s rich in flavour and cooked from the heart.
