Located on the ground floor of COMO Metropolitan Bangkok, nahm has been serving exceptional Thai cuisine since 2010. Known for its bold yet refined flavours, nahm has consistently been ranked among Asia’s best restaurants.
In 2024, nahm was awarded its eighth consecutive Michelin star by the Michelin Guide Thailand and, in 2021, it was featured in Condé Nast Traveller’s Gold List of The Best Bars and Restaurants in the World.
DESIGN CONCEPT
The interior design of nahm was crafted by renowned Japanese designer Koichiro Ikebuchi of Atelier Ikebuchi. His design blends contemporary elegance with subtle Thai cultural references, creating a warm and relaxed ambiance. Notable features include textured, rusty-red laterite brick columns that evoke the ancient temples of Ayutthaya, complemented by handcrafted Thai silk furnishings and locally sourced materials. Ikebuchi's work at nahm exemplifies COMO's design ethos: understated luxury that harmoniously integrates local culture with modern aesthetics.
OUR CULINARY ETHOS
nahm is renowned for its use of robustly flavoured ingredients, with garlic, shrimp paste, chillies and lemongrass masterfully combined by Chef Pim Techmuanvivit into elegant and sophisticated dishes. The menu includes curries, salads, relishes, soups and stir-fries, often featuring traditional ingredients less seen in modern Thai restaurants.
We prioritise the use of local produce, whether grown on-site in our organic kitchen garden, or sourced from local farmers and businesses. Sourcing ingredients locally not only supports our community's economic growth, but also reduces our carbon footprint by minimising transport emissions.
nahm is helmed by Chef Pim Techmuanvivit, a Bangkok native with a track record of excellence. Despite her international experience and acclaim, her food remains strongly connected to her Thai roots – she attributes her culinary gifts to the culture of Thai women passing on skills and recipes to each generation.
