Sound Bath for Deep Sleep (Evenings)
Unwind from the day with meditation and sound. Calm your nervous system and prepare the body and mind for deep, restorative sleep.
This evening session offers an intentional pause before bedtime—a sanctuary of meditation and sound designed to slow the mind, soften the body, and encourage restful sleep.
Vibro-Acoustic Sound Bath
Experience sound as touch. The Vibro-Acoustic Sound Bath is a rare opportunity to experience sound not only as something you hear but also something you feel. With Tibetan bowls placed directly on the body, creating gentle vibrations that release muscular tension and soothe the nervous system. Limited to six guests per session.
Breathwork
A grounding introduction to the power of breath as a tool for presence and emotional steadiness. Through simple techniques, you will learn to release stress and regulate your nervous system for daily balance.
