About the bartender

Somkanay Singha, known professionally as Tong, is a Bangkok-based mixologist with more than 20 years’ experience in crafting unique beverages at elite venues throughout Thailand’s capital. As Portfolio Brand Ambassador for Bootleggers Trading Company, he spearheads product training, masterclasses, and brand events. Through his passion for both imported and Thai craft spirits, along with the art of the perfect cocktail, Tong inspires aspiring bartenders and captivates new audiences across Thailand, leaving a lasting impact on the nation's cocktail scene.
