From April 7th to 9th 2025, Chef Diego Martinelli takes over Uma Cucina for ‘The Pasta Heist’. Experience a bespoke à la carte menu featuring classically bold Italian dishes, including bucatini carbonara, beef cheek ravioli and crispy pork belly, thoughtfully paired with exquisite Italian wines.

Four-course set menu, IDR 740,000 per person. À la carte menu with wine pairing also available.

Hailing from Bologna, Italy, Diego Martinelli is a culinary innovator with over 25 years of international experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, and prestigious institutions, including Four Seasons, Bulgari Hotels and Resorts, and Ferrari Racing's Il Cavallino restaurant.

Martinelli’s global journey has taken him across Europe, the Middle East and Asia, mastering diverse culinary traditions while refining his signature artisanal Italian approach. Now based in Bali, he is the founder of CIBO! Pasta Lab, where he brings authentic, handcrafted Italian flavours to life, focusing on quality, craftsmanship, and bold flavours. His expertise and passion for Italian cuisine take centre stage in The Pasta Heist: Uma Cucina Takeover, where guests will experience his creativity firsthand.
