About Le Cordeillan

Le Cordeillan opened in 1989 to welcome visitors to Château Lynch-Bages. Thierry Marx brought the restaurant its first Michelin star in 1997 and a second in 1999; it held both until 2016, with Jean-Luc Rocha succeeding Marx. Today, within COMO Cordeillan-Bages in Pauillac, the restaurant continues this culinary history with contemporary French cooking and a close connection to the Médoc.

The COMO Eye for Design

Conceived by Paola Navone of OTTO Studio, Le Cordeillan combines the château’s historic character with a contemporary, understated interior. Natural light, tactile finishes and ceramic centrepieces by Benoît Breymand complement views towards the surrounding vineyards. Beyond the main restaurant are a private dining room, meeting room and wine cellar.

Private Dining

Gather in our private dining room for 10 to 14 guests, or reserve the restaurant exclusively for up to 35 seated guests, subject to availability. Event menus bring together your choice of dishes from our à la carte selection. Our terrace accommodates approximately 20 guests for breakfast, aperitifs and digestifs, weather permitting, generally from mid-April to mid-October. Lunch and dinner are served indoors.
