Beauvallon Sur Mer by Yannick Alléno

Beauvallon Sur Mer by Yannick Alléno sits at the water’s edge, where the Gulf of Saint-Tropez unfolds in full view. A sunlit palette of yellow and azure sets the tone for long lunches that linger and evenings that come alive. Sharing plates, a DJ-led soundtrack, and a magnetic beach club atmosphere make this new destination unmistakably Riviera.

For his very first beach club concept, Yannick Alléno draws from Southeast Asia and the Mediterranean, bringing together depth and movement on the plate—designed to be enjoyed together.

Lunch gives way to aperitifs, alfresco dinners and nightcaps; with the space and guests evolving as the day unfolds.

Concept

Open to both hotel guests and visitors, Beauvallon Sur Mer moves with the rhythm of the day, transforming from a vibrant lunch destination to a late evening rendezvous. A central lounge, brought to life by a DJ-led soundtrack,  anchors the space, with two dining areas opening towards the sea. The atmosphere is social, designed for lingering and returning.

Menu

The menu brings together bold Southeast Asian flavours and Mediterranean lightness in spreads designed to be shared. From delicate, aromatic starters to intense, layered mains, each plate is part of a wider experience, shaped by the moment and atmosphere.
