Set within the estate’s olive groves, this monthly Friday evening experience unfolds at an unhurried pace, shaped by the changing light and the Tuscan landscape.

At sunset, guests are welcomed with an aperitivo among the trees, accompanied by a live folk trio that sets a relaxed, intimate tone. As dusk falls, the evening flows into dinner, with long tables set beneath the olive branches and softly lit by the fading glow of the sky.

The barbecue takes centre stage, with locally sourced ingredients cooked over open flames and served to share. From grilled meats and fresh fish to seasonal vegetables and house-made accompaniments, each dish reflects the simplicity and richness of the region.
