COMO Conversation with Contemporary Artist Caio Locke

Join COMO The Halkin and Eclectic Gallery on September 24th for an evening of conversation and insight from Anglo-Brazilian artist Caio Locke.

Locke's layered cityscapes – part memory, part invention – transform familiar skylines into dreamlike visions and imagined futures.

Guests will have exclusive access to a curated selection of new and recent paintings, followed by an informal conversation and Q&A with Locke about his work, process and inspirations. Champagne and refreshments will be served throughout.

Caio Locke

About the artist

Caio Locke is an Anglo-Brazilian artist whose work has been shown at Christie's, the National Museum of Scotland and the Royal Hospital Chelsea, with a solo exhibition at the Embassy of Brazil in London.

Public commissions include the Fabergé Big Egg Hunt, the London Elephant Parade and the BFG Dream Jar project with Steven Spielberg.

Shaped by a childhood divided between London and Rio de Janeiro, as well as a former career in law, Locke has worked as a full-time artist since 2007. Working chiefly in acrylics and oils, and drawing on a formative grounding in etching, he builds compositions of remarkable depth, where architecture, memory and speculative futures converge.
