About the pop-up
From December 20th 2023 to April 10th 2024, indulge in delicious, fresh vegetables, meats and seafood skewers grilled in front of you on a traditional Konro grill on Faru Beach. Pair your meal with an extensive selection of premium sake, Japanese beers and innovative cocktails.

Japanese food-cart experience
Open from afternoon until late, you can enjoy stunning views of the beach, especially at sunset or under a starry sky as you soak in the unique ambience at this pop-up restaurant, built from scratch from local materials to bring the Japanese food-cart experience to you.
Savour a variety of meat, seafood, and vegetable skewers, and other dishes designed to delight the palette: premium Tajima Wagyu with beautiful marbling that gives the meat a rich, buttery flavour; Glacier 51 Toothfish, sometimes referred to as the wagyu of the sea, with its delicate sweetness; and brussels sprouts with miso and dancing bonito for extra umami.
