Enjoy complimentary group classes three times weekly, combining strength-building with mindful meditation.
Mullally will focus on morning fitness sessions that build strength and endurance, pool-based apnoea training to master stress responses, and evening sessions that combine breathwork and meditation for recovery and relaxation. Group and private sessions are available.
