From rooftop fine dining to bold Italian and Thai flavours, our restaurants unveil anniversary menus and special moments that cater to every palate.
Guided by our culinary team, children aged five to twelve will discover the vibrant flavours of Thai cuisine and learn to craft dumplings by hand. Each one-hour session includes light refreshments, time to enjoy their creations in the courtyard, and a special gift to take home.

An Evening with the Australian Chamber Orchestra
Led by Artistic Director Richard Tognetti, the ACO string quartet will deliver an intimate performance in the grandeur of Postal Hall, followed by an In Conversation with Tognetti himself. The evening concludes with a three-course long-table dinner, featuring West Australian wines and locally sourced fare. This is a one-night-only event - a chance to gather, reflect and celebrate Western Australian culture in all its creative brilliance.
Experience a powerful evening of live music, shared storytelling and cultural connection. Featuring a stellar lineup including Dr Richard Walley OAM, Iain Grandage, Ali Bodycoat, and special guests, this intimate performance will unfold “in the round” - a unique setting that brings audience and artist closer together.
