Designed by Paula Navone, the restaurant's interior is inspired by its striking goldfish mosaic mural, with bubble lamps, gold leaf walls, red and orange cushioned chairs, and a wooden shingle wall resembling scales. Beyond its visual charm, the goldfish holds deeper meaning, often seen as a symbol of wealth, prosperity and harmony. This cultural significance reinforces the thoughtful connection between aesthetics and heritage, adding layers of meaning to an already memorable dining experience.
We champion the use of locally sourced ingredients, from fresh seafood to herbs and vegetables grown in the region. By working with nearby farmers and producers, we support the local economy and reduce our environmental impact, championing fewer food miles and sustainable practices.
