The menu at Nahmyaa is a celebration of Southern Thai cuisine, honouring the region’s culinary heritage whilst offering a modern take on classic dishes.

Hot, sweet, salt and sour flavours are expertly balanced, crafted from locally and sustainably sourced ingredients. Local snacks, noodle soups, curries and stir-fried dishes all feature, whilst dinner includes whole fish, river prawns and crabs, followed by pandanus jellies and sweet sticky rice with mango.
