• Hands-on pizza-making class at Pavilion, our al-fresco restaurant set within the estate, where you will be guided by one of our chefs to prepare your own pizza using carefully sourced ingredients, before baking it in a traditional wood-fired oven
• Following the class, enjoy an early dinner featuring the pizzas you have prepared, accompanied by a selected beverage, all set against views of the Chianti hills
