On November 28th and 29th, immerse yourself in an unforgettable multi-course dining experience, exclusively curated by Chef Mathew Leong from the three Michelin-starred Re-Naa in Norway.

About the chef

Mathew Leong is the Executive Chef at Re-Naa (the first-ever restaurant in Stavanger – and second in Norway – to be awarded three Michelin stars), and Matbaren Bistro by Re-Naa.

Born and raised in Singapore, Leong moved to Norway to pursue his career at the age of 21. Despite his young age, Mathew brings with him more than a decade of experience, having earned gold in his first culinary competition at just 13 years old.

While pursuing his Diploma, Leong worked in many established hotels and Singapore kitchens, including Ritz Carlton, Marina Mandarin, Tippling Club and Open Farm Community. Prior to his current role at Re-Naa, he was the Head Chef at Michelin-starred A’Laise in Oslo.
