COMO Conversation: Rest Redefined

Sleep well, live better

Sleep well, live better

March 13th – Sleep is one of the most powerful yet often overlooked foundations of wellbeing. When we sleep well, we think more clearly, feel more energised and approach each day with greater balance.

Join us for an insightful evening exploring the science and importance of quality rest. In this intimate session, Dr Han Hong Juan, Medical Director of The ENT, Voice & Snoring Clinic and Co-founder of Eternami, Veronika Linardi, will share expert perspectives on sleep health, common sleep challenges and practical ways to achieve deeper, more restorative rest.

Sleep Dreams

This talk also complements COMO Metropolitan Singapore’s newly launched Sleep Dreams package, thoughtfully designed to support restorative sleep during your stay. As part of this offering, every guest room is equipped with a SleepHub® device—an innovative sleep technology that uses calming audio frequencies to help quiet the mind, ease the transition into sleep and encourage deeper, more restorative rest.
