This popular trek ascends 700 metres from the base of Mount Batur’s innermost volcanic cone, and normally takes between one and three hours to summit. We climb by torchlight to catch the sunrise from the top. On a clear day, the views of Mount Abang, the Batur crater and lake are truly majestic.
