Shirodhara is a deeply relaxing and therapeutic Ayurvedic treatment that involves the continuous pouring of warm herbal oil onto the forehead. It induces a deep state of relaxation, calming the nervous system and reducing stress, anxiety and mental tension. IDR 2,600,000 for 60 minutes.
This luxurious two to three-hour rejuvenating session includes a pre-ritual foot bath, a 60-minute signature COMO Shambhala massage and a fragrant flower bath, before ending with an exquisite afternoon tea in one of Kedara Water Garden’s private treatment pavilions.
