December 24th

Christmas Eve Dinner

Celebrate together over a festive Balinese dinner centred on Bebek Betutu, accompanied by traditional favourites including Sate Lilit Ayam, Lawar Kacang, Pepes Jamur and Nasi Kuning. Begin with a delicate duck broth and finish with black rice pudding served with coconut and pandan ice cream.

December 25th

Christmas Day Lunch

Celebrate Christmas Day with a seasonal lunch at glow, beginning with yellowfin tuna tartare followed by a choice of roast tomato and grilled ratatouille salad or poached prawns. For the main course, select roasted wild-caught barramundi or grilled Stockyard Gold sirloin, accompanied by fresh salad and potato purée. Finish with Christmas fruit pudding, frozen nougatine and dark chocolate sauce.

December 31st

New Year’s Eve Dinner

Welcome the New Year with a family-style Megibung dinner celebrating the flavours of Indonesia. Begin with Palembang-style fish dumplings before sharing Sate Lilit, Ikan Kerapu Woku, Ayam Rica-rica, Rendang Sapi, Lawar Pakis and fragrant Nasi Rempah. Finish with traditional Awug Kukus and Bika Ambon served with pandan coconut sauce.

This festive season, COMO Shambhala Estate invites you to restore balance and embrace renewal through curated Ayurvedic and signature therapies, designed to calm the mind, release tension and reconnect you with the present.

Pizhichil

During Pizhichil, warm herbal oil is continuously poured over the entire body. Our COMO Shambhala experts combine this Ayurvedic treatment with a soothing massage to create a rejuvenating therapy that counteracts everyday stress. IDR 2,700,000 for 60 minutes, or IDR 3,800,000 for 60 minutes with two therapists.
