Begin your Christmas celebrations with a seasonal set menu at Bukhari. From 6.30pm to 10.30pm, enjoy a festive dinner that brings together international classics and Bhutanese flavours, in a warm setting adorned with pine cones, dragon masks and local touches. From December 21st through Christmas Day, festive carols fill the courtyard each evening from 6.30pm to 9.30pm. On Christmas morning, Santa makes a special appearance at breakfast, bearing gifts for children.
At Bukhari Bar, live music sets the tone from 8.30pm to 11.30pm. As midnight nears, join local monks in the lobby for a blessing ceremony, before gathering in the upper courtyard to light butter lamps beneath the Himalayan stars.
