Role:
The Cluster Marketing & Communications Manager will be the Marketing & Communications lead across both properties, responsible for all marketing and communication channels for guest relations, sales, promotions and PR co-ordination. The role will focus on building B2B and B2C awareness to drive revenue to the properties, working closely with the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing and all departments.

Tasks / Responsibilities:
· Create the annual marketing & PR calendar, and devise associated budgets as part of the annual budget process
· Execute the marketing and PR calendar working closely with the marketing team in Singapore. Ensure timely execution across all touch points of the marketing messaging and keep spending in line with budgets
· Monitor and track marketing expenses
· Devise and implement tactical promotions aligned with the needs of the business
· Create and develop strategic partnerships to assist in building local business and brand awareness
· Plan and manage all photography requirements, relating to the Hotels and Residences, keeping spending in line with budget
· Event management of all promotional events at the properties
· Be the property lead for London, taking responsibility for the sales team to ensure that within each of the feeder markets effective B2B communications are in place
· Ensure B2B platforms are kept consistently up-to-date
· Work directly with your social and digital counterparts in London and Singapore to ensure that all campaigns and messaging is aligned and across all social and digital channels. Ensure proactive engagement with online communities
· To develop a relationship with COMO’s creative team for frequent in-house communications for the properties
· Managing press requests and communication with the operational departments as necessary
· Assist with monthly marketing reports
· Working with Singapore ensure regular print menu articles in consumer and industry press
· Work with Digital Marketing Manager and Singapore to ensure regular relevant content is posted frequently on all special media channels, including tactical promotions. Ensure content maximises engagement and any ROI
· Take a lead role in developing content, including copy and photography, for any promotional/sales documents
· Ensure all signage and guest communications are ‘on brand’
· Attend and play an active role in the Communications meeting as scheduled for London properties
· Attend the Sales & Marketing meetings as scheduled and contribute meaningfully
· Develop an activity calendar with specific campaigns and activities to support and promote F&B outlets and the Shambala Spa experience
· Plan and execute periodic activations and events in the London restaurants and bars to promote the spaces to influencers and consumers alike
· Effectively manage 1 Executive and 1 Coordinator (shared with Sales) in line with COMO’s behaviours and values

Qualifications:
· A minimum of 2 years in a luxury hotel marketing role
· Fluency in English oral and written
· Excellent communication skills
· Further education within Hospitality or Marketing & Communications
· Team player
· Proven track record of organisation, planning and time management
