Position: Director of Sales
Base Location: COMO Maalifushi
Department: Sales and Marketing
Reporting to: Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing - Maldives
Tasks/Responsibilities:
- To lead and organise an effective sales team including development and coaching of the sales team in order to maximise the hotel's revenues and to ensure that personal business goals and those of the direct reports are accomplished.
- To develop and manage key accounts.
- To propose and coordinate execution of the action plans to achieve sales goals.
Key requirements
- Minimum 5 years experiences in a luxury hotel in a management role. Cluster or regional role will be a plus with a Diploma or Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management or similar.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to operate with minimum supervision.
- Ability to quickly adapt to market changes.
- Ability to analyse financial statements and market data.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to lead, motivate and develop associates.
