- Follow company policies and procedures regarding the check-in and –out process whilst providing our guests with prompt, efficient, and friendly service.
- Be completely knowledgeable of our room categories, layouts, and features, as well as with sales types, guest types, VIP codes, and room rates.
- As our receptionist you must represent the COMO brand and reflect our vision and values at all times.
- Handle guest interactions and complaints in a polite, engaging and empathetic manner.
- Attend and participate in handover briefings at the beginning and end of your shifts to aid the flow of communication and maintain the smooth operation.
- Excellent at greeting and establishing a rapport with our guests.
- Well-organised, responsive to business needs and be a team player.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong IT skills Knowledge of Opera is highly desirable.
- A proactive approach with a self-driven attitude.
