Position: Steward
Base Location: Parrot Cay
Department: Stewarding
Reporting to: Stewarding Manager

Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are properly sanitized
• Clean and maintain kitchen floors, walls, storage areas, and waste disposal areas
• Dispose of garbage and maintain cleanliness of trash areas
• Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks when required
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report shortages
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Comply with workplace safety regulations

Key Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
