COMO Le Beauvallon’s sea-view restaurant is a glamorous setting for a refined dining experience, lunchtime snacks, or sunset cocktails. Helmed by Yannick Alléno, one of the most decorated chefs in the Michelin Guide with 17 stars, and imagined by French interior designer Dorothée Delaye, the seaside venue will make its debut alongside the hotel’s opening in April 2026.
