Dispute settlement
In case of dispute, only the French courts will have jurisdiction.
The Customer is encouraged to first contact the Hotel to seek an amicable solution, either in person with the reception team, by phone +33 (0)5 56 59 24 24 or via e-mail at [email protected]
If the dispute cannot be settled amicably within one (1) month of notification, it will be referred to the competent French courts under standard legal procedures.
The European Commission offers an Online Dispute Resolution platform to facilitate the independent settlement of online disputes between consumers and professionals within the European Union: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home2.show&lng=FR
In accordance with regulation No. 2016-301, the Customer also has the option to consult the Tourism and Travel Mediator. Before contacting the Mediator, the Customer must send a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the Hotel.
To contact the Mediator, the Customer must complete a complaint form online available on https://www.mtv.travel/saisir-le-mediateur/ and follow the outlined steps to finalize the process.
