To begin, savour Dahi Batata Puri and Tamatar Dhaniya Shorba, offering a vibrant introduction of sweet, tangy and spiced flavours.
The menu then unfolds with signature mains including Channa Dal Makhani, Alleppey Meen Curry, Tandoori Jinga and Rogan Josh, complemented by Cabbage Poriyal and Kosambari, and served alongside fragrant saffron rice and warm parathas.
The experience concludes with Mango Kulfi accompanied by rosewater jelly, fresh mango, pistachio and cardamom compote — a refined and memorable sweet finale
