Giovanni Luca Di Pirro is the award-winning Executive Chef at COMO Castello Del Nero, where he leads the culinary identity of La Torre. Born in Romagna and raised in a family of chefs, he developed a passion for simplicity, precision and ingredient-driven cuisine from an early age. Over the course of his career in Italy, France and the United Kingdom, he has worked alongside a number of notable chefs, further refining a culinary philosophy rooted in Tuscan and Italian produce. His approach is expressed through dishes that balance purity, seasonality and contemporary technique.
