Transfer to Punakha via Thimphu. Attend pre-race briefing.

March 2nd - Day Four
Explore Punakha Valley, including Khamsum Yulley Namgyal Chorten.
March 3rd - Day Five
Return to Paro. Visit Chuzom and Tamchog Lhakhang.

Hike to Tiger’s Nest Monastery and farmhouse lunch.

Bhutan International Marathon
The Bhutan International Marathon, organised by the Bhutan Olympic Committee, has attracted runners worldwide since 2010. Its scenic routes combine paved roads and dirt trails, offering participants a once-in-a-lifetime journey through rural Bhutan, cultural landmarks and serene nature.
- Half Marathon: 21 km, 40 per cent trails, 60 per cent paved roads.
- Full Marathon: 42 km, 50 per cent trails, 50 per cent paved roads.
- Highlights: Punakha Dzong, Khamsum Yulley Temple, 300 ft suspension bridge.
