Renew your commitment to one another with a traditional blessing at a Buddhist temple. 

Blessing ceremonies in Bhutan are used to mark anniversaries and other important milestones, and feature the exchange of white scarves known as ‘khadar’. When a couple exchanges the khadar, they are expressing their dedication to each other, and blessing their relationship with happiness and good fortune. 

After your blessing, continue the day’s shared experiences with a romantic al fresco meal overlooking the Mo Chhu river, or a relaxing COMO Shambhala couples massage at our Punakha Valley retreat. 

Couples at COMO Laucala Island - our Fijian private island resort - can charter our classic 1970s sailing yacht, Rere Ahi, to explore the island’s oceans at sunset. This elegant teak and bronze-finished vessel’s name translates as “Flying Fire.” 

Clipping your way across azure waters, the cruises will take you beyond the island’s outer reef, where sea turtles and manta rays can be spotted, and tropical fish gather in shoals beneath the surface.
