The olive harvest experience includes:
- A guided walk around the COMO Castello Del Nero estate, learning about the olive oil production process
- Time to try harvesting oil from an olive tree
- An Italian picnic in our vineyard accompanied by wine and views of the rolling hills - if weather does not permit, a three course lunch will be served at Pavilion Restaurant
- Four bottles of their own olive oil to take home
- A one-hour olive oil tasting session that will introduce the cultivation patterns and differing oil flavours across the Chianti region, including COMO Castello Del Nero’s own olive oil.
