Job Summary

Ensure all linen movement, storage and uniforms are up to standards.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Ensure the cleanliness of all back-of-house areas.
• Ensure correct flow of all hotel garbage and waste following appropriate disposal procedures as well as all movement of linen in and out.
• Conduct spring cleaning from time to time according to the schedule to ensure all areas are maintained to very high standards.
• Complete all daily worksheets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Responsible for filling cleaning materials from the pantry and ensuring the cleaning bucket is fully stocked before service.
• Good knowledge of all equipment and chemicals used in cleaning.
• Ensure employees’ uniforms are well organised and fully stocked.
• Perform duties as instructed by housekeeping management.
• Compliance with the Protocol and SOPs of the Housekeeping Department
