Position: People and Culture Executive
Base Location: Singapore
Department: People and Culture
Reporting to: Director of People and Culture

Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative, support in the People and Culture domain to both team members and management.
  • Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, preparing employment agreements, and ensuring the completion of all required documents according to checklists.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and maintain comprehensive filing systems, including personal files, archived documents, and timesheets.
  • Manage the work permit application and renewal process.
  • Regularly update internal communications platforms, such as team bulletin boards, ensuring all content is current.
  • Plan and implement team engagement activities, which may include Best Employee of the Month Awards, Long Service Awards, birthday celebrations, and recreational activities.
  • Respond promptly to team member inquiries, addressing issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Oversee the offboarding process, which includes exit clearances and interviews.
  • Record minutes and notes during disciplinary procedures and handle all related correspondence.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in handling matters related to team members.
  • Provide support for various team engagement activities.

Job Requirements:

  • A Degree or Diploma in Business, with a preference for a major in People and Culture Management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Initiative, independence, a systematic approach, and a sense of urgency
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to work well in a team setting
